Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 3 C (750 ml) water
  • 2 C (500 ml) couscous
  • 1 small English cucumber, diced
  • 1 C (250 ml) grated carrot
  • 1 recipe prepared Greek Dressing

Preparation


 
  • Boil water in Multipurpose Pot - 8 C. Remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover with lid and let steam 10 minutes. Remove lid, fluff with a fork and cool to room temperature.
  • Stir cucumber, carrot, cooled couscous and Greek Dressing in a mixing bowl. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
